As a STEM Professional, your time will positively impact the lives of our future generations. When you register for OM Day know that you will be on the front lines inspiring the decision makers of our future.
Thank you for making a difference.
Please be sure to have adequate insurance to cover each mentor and students on job shadowing day. Required liability is $1 million for the job shadowing day. See HR to make sure coverage is included in your company’s liability policy.
Additionally, at least one mentor from your company will need to complete a police information check. Thank you!!

At Operation Minerva we want you to reach the stars and even study them.
Register for OM Day and be prepared to meet professionals in STEM to learn about their careers. Be inspired, because you are the future - we want you to know that you can reach whatever career you are aiming for.

We apologize that you will have to wait to hear if you can participate, but we will do everything we can to accommodate all interested students. Please know that even if you do not get selected into the 2019 program, we still want you to reach the stars and even study them.
